| I booked online but haven't received a confirmation by email. What should I do?
If your booking was successful you should receive a booking confirmation by email almost immediately. Your should
print this off and use it as your parking voucher. If you do not receive a confirmation, then your booking did not go
through. This may happen if you type in an incorrect email address during your booking.
My computer crashed before I could print out the confirmation page? What do I do?
Don't worry, you will receive a parking voucher by email almost immediately. You can print that off and use it as
your parking voucher.
How do I get from the carpark to the airport?
All car parks that you can book online through us, have free transfers to and from the airport if required.
I only want to park for two days, can I book a 3 day mid stay carpark?
Yes you can. Each carpark has a minimum stay/charge. You can stay and book for less time but you will be charged
their minimum stay/charge.
Do you own the car parks?
No. We make it possible to pre book online any car park at any of 15 airports around the UK. We are impartial, you
choose the one that's best for you based on location, price, car park security or availability.
Can I amend my booking or delete it if I decide not to travel?
No cancellation charges apply, except for Personal Parking (meet & greet bookings) where no refund is made for
cancellation of bookings within 24 hours of the booked arrival time. Click here for more information.
